Job Description
We are looking for a candidate who really enjoys providing high standards of customer service and has already gained 6 months+ of experience in a call centre team where they have handled a variety of inbound calls.
Full training will be provided for this role which involves mostly incoming but occasional outbound calls and also customer support administration. You will be responding to a variety of customer queries, providing customers with product and service information, processing applications, handling any customer complaint issues and escalating any priority matters. You will route internal calls and maintain an accurate level of administration.
In addition to the required call centre experience, the successful candidate will have GCSE level Maths & English and a good standard of general PC literacy using Word and Excel.
